Who we are
At GreenLife Pharma we value strong ethics, integrity and Community. We have successfully developed over 50 pharmacies, improving income growth while reducing expenditure and time spent achieving these milestones.
We work with pharmacies to develop and support them, we don’t want to manage and take control (unless you want us to).
Having been in the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years, we have seen drastic changes, funding cuts and increasing workload. We understand what it takes to be a good pharmacist and the pressures that are weighing down on the industry.
Using our experience and knowledge, we take the time to plan ahead using tried and tested methods we have developed, allowing us to support and develop your pharmacy. We work alongside you, so that you understand our reasoning and actions, sharing our thinking and experiences with you every step of the way.
This is what we do, we can be in the background guiding you or if you prefer we can take control. To find out more about how our services can work for you, please contact us on 01744 881 756
GreenLife Pharma’s vision is to support independent pharmacies so that they are operated efficiently to achieve their full potential, thus allowing the pharmacy team to provide excellent customer and patient care. We focus on increasing your income, gross profit margin, and reduce operating costs.
Our priority is to provide the highest level of services possible to independent pharmacies, allowing them to focus on what really matters, improved patient care as well as increased development.
I have worked for our company since 2003. As one of it’s longest serving members of staff, I have watched our company grow from being a single independent pharmacy to the successful pharmacy group that we currently are.
In my current role, I am responsible for our wholesale operations, and I oversee the running of 15 pharmacies. I enjoy the challenges that my dual role brings, and the variety of my work keeps things fresh and exciting. Being able to see the results of the work that I do motivates me to keep progressing within our organisation.
I am a confident and outgoing people person, and I love spending time with my family, going to watch football and rugby league when I am not working.
I have worked for the company since 2005, and have held various positions including counter assistant, dispenser and now working as an area manager for Yorkshire and the South East.
My primary role within the company is as manager of Care Home Services, and work to recruit and set-up care homes for our company. I am responsible for organising training for staff in our branches and provide training to the teams within care homes to ensure the highest standards are being offered to patients.
Over the next few years, I hope to further enhance our growing reputation within the UK for providing a high quality of service to care homes.
I completed a one-year apprenticeship at Greenlife in February and have been working as a full-time member of the team ever since. At the end of each month, I work closely with Dan processing wholesale stock and creating the relevant invoices. The rest of the month I am based at the office and look after stock requests on the portal alongside uniform, badges and stationary.
I also work part-time behind a bar at the Saints Stadium.
In my spare time, I like seeing my friends and travelling and I have a few trips planned for this year and next.
I First joined the company as an apprentice after completing my A-Levels back in 2015. Since the completion of my apprenticeship I have enjoyed progression within the company, now working as part of the operations team.
Working as part of the operations team is something that I really enjoy, whether that is dealing with a query at branch level and making life at the pharmacy much easier or, creating and implementing a new process which can help the business moving forward. In the later weeks of each month, I am also part of the wholesale processing team.
During my spare time, I am a very outgoing person and like to spend time with my family and friends. I enjoy travelling having recently returned from trips to Thailand and India.
I have a caring, loving and helping nature. Since last year I have become like a mother hen and adopted everyone here at the GreenLife Pharma, and they have accepted me likewise.
My job role is to keep everything and everyone in the order; it links around accounts and operations of the company – My main task is maintaining, producing and recording a variety of administrative records; raising & recording all special-order invoices; Maintaining Health & Safety records.
I am an active member of our temple, Care UK, Friends of Sangam and BHAMANI Liverpool charities. I love Art & Craft, gardening, cooking and I like to solve problems.
